The goal of demor is to provide you with:
1. the most basic functions for demographic analysis
2. some data
Now, demor provides the ability to download Russian mortality/fertility data from Rosbris (РосБРиС) in a user-friendly format. It also includes functions for building life tables, age and cause decompositions, fitting Lee-Carter model, calculating years of life lost, and more.
Installation
You can install the development version of demor from GitHub with:
# install.packages("devtools")
